Access to Benefits Coalition The Access to Benefits Coalition is a coalition of dozens of organizations working to educate Medicare beneficiaries about the Medicare drug benefit. The Medicare Access for Patients-Rx Coalition MAPRx is a coalition of patient, family caregiver and health professional organizations committed to safeguarding the well-being of patients with chronic diseases and disabilities under Medicare Prescription Drug Coverage. The ASCP Foundation is a member of this coalition. Medicare Rx Education Network The Medicare Rx Education Network provides a variety of links and resources on the Medicare drug benefit.
